The purpose of this site is to enhance public safety by identifying individuals
who have been convicted under state law of felony level manufacture of methamphetamine.
You will have the opportunity to search for methamphetamine offenders
by first name (or initial), last
name and/or county.
This website contains public data maintained by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal
Apprehension. Data on criminal convictions is public for 15 years following the
completion of the sentence. Public information includes: the identity of the offender,
the conviction, the arresting agency, the county of conviction and the sentence
imposed. Information not available on this website includes: arrest data,
juvenile data, criminal history data from other states, federal data, data on convictions
where 15 years or more have elapsed since the completion of the sentence, and other
data deemed private or confidential.
You may obtain private data on another individual through the Informed Consent Procedure, or if you are the subject of
the record, you can request a copy of your public
and private criminal history information by visiting us in person at the
BCA office or by mail.
